Returns and Exchanges:
I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Shipping Information
For International Orders:
Your orders will be sent without tracking and insurance. Please choose and purchase the shipping upgrade if you would like your order to be sent with tracking.
For Local Orders:
Your orders will be sent as normal mail. Should you wish to have it mailed via registered mail, please purchase the shipping upgrade.
Postal guidelines about lost mail
Please do take note of the postal guidelines that stipulates that a mail is not officially considered lost after 60 working days.
Please do take note that if you did not purchase tracking: (1) we will not be held liable for lost mails and will not resend a new package or refund, and (2) should the mail be returned to me, you will have to pay for the additional shipping fees if you want me to resend it. No refund will be given if you choose not to resend.
If you have purchased tracking: (1) refunds will be processed after our request for refund has been approved by the Postal Office, and (2) if you still like me to resend your items, you will be charged for the additional shipping fees. No refund will be given if you choose not to resend.
